"Good discounts, but the communication could be clearer"
I ended up getting a decent promo code, so the prices turned out good in the end. That said, it was a bit annoying trying to figure out what was actually included and when the discount would apply because the communication wasn’t very clear. If you’re patient and wait for a deal, it can be worth it.

I’ve had a good experience here because they usually have what I’m looking for in stock, especially in my size. It’s nice not having to check a bunch of places

I reached out kind of expecting it to take a while, but they replied really fast and just handled the issue without making it a whole thing. it was refreshing, quick answer, problem sorted, no back-and-forth drama.

I figured the site would be straightforward since a friend had mentioned it was easy, and that’s pretty much what I found. I was able to find what I needed quickly, and the filters did the job well enough. Checkout was simple too, which kind of confirmed my feeling that it was a hassle-free site. The only thing I noticed was that some pages loaded a little slower than I’d like, but overall it was an easy experience.

"Pretty smooth from the start"
Ordered from Scotts my first thought was that the tracking was really decent. I got emails and texts whenever the parcel moved, so I wasn’t left guessing when it would show up. It arrived on the day they said it would, which is all I really wanted. No drama, no chasing around, happy with it...

The order showed up in decent packaging... no rips or crushed box or anything. The jacket was clean, folded nicely, and looked brand new. Happy with it, no issues at all.

"Nice enough styles, but I wish there was more to choose from"
I’ve bought from Scotts a few times and they do have some decent menswear for everyday wear. The styles are generally good and easy to throw on, but I often feel like the range is a bit limited, especially with sizes and colour options. It’s not a bad place to shop, but I do sometimes hesitate because I don’t want to spend money on something that feels like a second choice just because there wasn’t much else available. Overall, decent, but not somewhere I’d say has loads of choice.

I got a hoodie and a pair of jeans, they’re better than I expected. The material feels decent, the stitching looks clean, and both still fit fine after a wash. I don’t usually get too excited about clothes, but yeah, I’m happy with these.

I ordered one thing and something completely different showed up. Frustrating, honestly. It makes me wonder if they’re more focused on taking the money than actually making sure customers get what they paid for

"Prices feel a bit much"
The clothes are fine, like nothing was terrible or anything, but I kept thinking the prices were higher than they should be. The quality is okay, and some pieces looked nice, but for what you’re paying I kind of expected more. I don’t know, maybe I’m being picky, but it just didn’t feel like great value. Probably not somewhere I’d hurry back to...
